These noodle bowl shaped benches are a new public art installation in the heart of Times Square. The Meeting Bowls are a new project by Mmmm and will be on temporary display from August 16 - September 16 2011. They are a collaboration of Alberto Alarcón, Emilio Alarcón, Ciro Márquez and Eva Salmerón, from Madrid, Spain. These interestingly shaped urban furnitures are hubs for people to relax, take in the sights and meet up with friends or friends to be. Take a seat inside, put yourself out there and meet someone new. They're are a real conversation piece.
