TTTTrue Face # 2 - The Art Of Ink

::Ink:
It's everywhere from books, magazinges and brochures
to billboards and airplanes exteriors.
I took print making in high school and I remember playing with ink colors and using the rollers to distribute the mixed ink onto our cut linoleum to be printed on paper, but I've always wondered where the ink comes from and how it is made.
It's a impressive and dazzling process.
Watch below and be amazed!

La Cage Aux Folles 2010

Just when I thought I had a full dose of tranny magic,
here comes La Cage Aux Folles, blowing me away with gaudy glittering glamour.
With beautiful men in feathers and heels, amazing dance sequences and a heartwarming yet unconventional story about family values, La Cage has all the elements you expect in a fun, engaging broadway show.

A Definite MUST SEE!

Sippin On Some Goldfrapp

Dear Goldfrapp,

I thoroughly enjoyed your performance at the Hammerstein Ballroom last night.
You took us on a magical rocket boosted time machine ride back to when lamé, glitter and four layer harmonies ruled.
Despite the belligerant asian gang stepping on peoples toes,
the weed smoking gay boy crew flailing around like they were Madonna's back up dancers,
and the pissed of white girl who stood next to me with her fingers in her ears.
I can honestly press the 'I'm a fan button'.
Your live performance was the shiznik and I shall continue to shake my derriere to your unicorn beats.

Play Me, I'm Yours: New York City 2010

"Play Me, I'm Yours" is a contempory artwork by British artist Luke Jerram, who has been touring his project globally since 2008.

Jerram has collaborated with the Mayor of New York City and has installed 60 pianos throughout the five boroughs. These pianos can be found in the citys public parks, plazas and along the streets.
The mission for the pianos... bring people who normally would pass each other by, together in the celebration of music. Members of the public are encouraged to play, sing or just listen.

The pianos are up now and shall run until the 5th of July. All the pianos were painted by local artists and will be donated to local schools and community groups.
