I can see Your Halo Halo Halo

This past weekend I went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art
to see a new exhibit entitled, Heroic Africans.
It was a great exhibit showcasing various masks and iconic sculptures from
Angola, Nigeria, Ghana and Zambia, just to name a few.

What continues to perplex me is the no photography policy that some exhibits have.
I can understand the no flash photography rule.
The endless amounts of bright flashes damages the artwork.
But taking a picture with your cellphone should be allowed.
The quality is low, you can take off the flash so it does not
damage the work and you can have the phone silent.
Easy as pie!
Having MET security follow you around and give you the side eye is not the move.

Anyway, outside the museum was an ad for another exhibit that consisted of a beautiful mandala and was a perfect opportunity to take a GPOY.
